On behalf of the college fraternity I welcome you to
our website.
We
are happy and privileged to present our official website and
welcome you to Gargaon College, a premier institute of higher
education in the land of the mighty Brahmaputra and the abode
of the Royal Kings of Assam in the past. While reflecting on
our achievements and excellence since 1959, we are looking
ahead to a future full of promise for students and educators
alike.

promising career is the dream of every individual today, and
henceforth the College aims at imparting quality education and
transform an individual into a disciplined, self confident and
responsible citizen. Gargaon College welcomes to its fold
students from any part of India, irrespective of gender,
caste, religion and physical challenges to develop a rich and
varied community and to build a sense of nationalism. The
young and talented collegiates will have enough opportunity to
develop their creative skills under the able supervision of
the College fraternity. The College nurtures an open attitude
to integrate the collective wisdom of humankind. True
education inculcates moral, ethical, intellectual, cultural,
social, physical, aesthetic, dignity of labour and emotional
values. This in turn develops every student into a
compassionate and committed human being. We welcome the
support of the academicians, guardians, alumni, executives
from the corporate sector, experts to train our students in
our endeavor to build a better world. We expect our present
generation to be courageous, optimist and self confident,
observing the true spirit of humanity. Over the past decades
there has been so much to build upon and so much more ahead.
